Auto Surface Protection welcomes the return of any new factory sealed product within 14 days of purchase*

We offer 3 convenient options for your return:
-Exchange/Store Credit
-Refund
-Replacement for a damaged item

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all items returned for a REFUND. This fee is waived if you select an Exchange/Store Credit.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order was shipped with a free shipping promotion the actual original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Return shipping is the expense of the buyer.

To receive a RMA number for a previously placed order please login to your account and go to your orders tab, then select the return items option.

Please make sure your item is packaged well and insured for its replacement value in case it is lost during transit.

*Select large heavy items are marked as not eligible for return on the product page, they are covered by manufactures warranty for issues or defects but can not be returned due to the high freight cost*

Shipping Policy

Most orders placed will ship within 24-48 hours, 95% of orders fall into this category. If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to update you on the status of these items as soon as we can. There is absolutely no guarantee as to when items may be received due to the volatile nature of shipping times. If you need your order by a certain date we suggest you contact us first to see if we can meet your expectations.
